March 18, 2015 Gus Wells paving installed an asphalt driveway for us. His equipment used to put down the asphalt was broken and had to be pulled by a truck which left ridges in the asphalt and not rolled out properly. April 11, 2015, we noticed vegetation growth coming up in one section bringing up the asphalt with it. After spending $5,800.00, they were suppose to come back and seal a part of our driveway not put in by them. Numerous phone calls to them have not been returned. Kathy, wife of Gus answers and tells me that she will call right back and never calls back. Do not use this paving company.

Required a significant down payment and then did not do the work. Now refusing to return the down payment. Stay far away.
When you pursue legal action against them, you'll need their full address that they conveniently don't include on their paperwork or online. They are located at 9917 Gardenia Lane, but you need to also include Apt. 102
