Great place to work and a great place to get asphalt.

This place in my opinion does quality work and appreciates the employees hard work they do!!!

I am a subcontractor and have been having a very hard time collecting. They agreed to one price and now want to give me a fraction of what I am owed. Is there anyone else having this problem?

Timely arrival, excellent preparation for the job, flawless execution even though we needed additional material, price was fair, and employees were professional. I can easily recommend this company for residential and commercial work as an industry professional.

I emailed the company for a quote and got a return call almost immediately. The very same afternoon Patrick met me at my place of business,. He gave me a great quote to meet both my needs and budget which included line striping, painted the parking blocks, sealant recoating of the parking and driveway blacktop, repainted the handicap space and even replaced my handicap parking sign which had grafitti paint. The work was completed within 5 days. Sadly we had torrential rains the following day and some of the seal coating which had not yet had time to fully dry washed away. I called Patrick and he had the company out within three days and repaired the washed areas. I highly recommend Line Striping of Tampa Bay if you need your parking lot striped and anything else this company does. Patrick is easy to work with, honest and always available to answer any questions.

I have to compliment whoever was hired to do the grooving and re-surfacing of East Lake Rd in Palm Harbor. I have driven over many such roads in my life but this project (almost complete) was the best work I've ever experienced. The work was done at night on a very busy road with VERY little disruption. The transitions are so smooth I am amazed at how it was done.

The estimate was in line with several other companies. What we liked about them was the explanation of how the pavers were installed i.e. the ICPA standard. The other companies also used this installation standard, but Paver Solutions just put more emphasis on it and explained it better. There were some delays getting our job started outside of their control and due to the weather. Once the installation started things went smoothly. After installation I noticed two major issues with installation and a major billing discrepancy. |1) the driveway was crooked. started straight, then after a walkway to the front door all the pavers were shifted one brick (6") over. Their forman's response to this was that the whole driveway was 16' (the other side was shifted also) so it was according to plan. 2) The apron was not installed according to the plan or in conformance with the permit. They claimed that the county changed the requirements and there was confusion and suggested that it look "good enough" so nothing should be done. They were able to get the county to approve it without an inspector on site by sending some pictures to someone they know in the permit office. 3)They overcharged me for the pavers. I ordered grey base and they charged me for white base. They also did not include a 5% angie's list coupon on my final bill and they charged me 4 times what the permits actually cost claiming they used a "service" to get the permits (the contract only called for permit fees, not service charges). They did finally send the correct bill although I had to send a nasty letter to get them to waive the service charge for permits. They also offered to correct the installation issues, but I declined as I did not trust them to take proper care and got the feeling they were reluctantly offering to do so. I did not want someone working on my project that was reluctantly doing so. I would have preferred an adjustment to the final bill, but they would not do that. They also promised to send a lien release after I sent final payment and have not done so. Fast forward to today....I previously reviewed this company a little over a year ago when the work was completed. This is a follow up review based on quality issues with the installation. The company will not respond to multiple emails, phone calls and I even sent a letter via snail mail. Less than one year after the driveway was put in, there are very noticeable settled areas of over 1/4" exactly where the tires on my car enter the driveway. Paver Solutions touts their ICPI standards on installation and claims to guarantee the installation for one year. My settling occurred in less than one year and according to the ICPI standards should not have happened at all. I would avoid doing business with this company at all costs. They did not do what they said they would do at the job, the short term quality is poor and they are unresponsive.

Florida Paveworks came right out and did everything they said they would do! Excellent work done on time... Our asphalt parking lot in Clearwater looks like new after they overlayed the old asphalt and then resealed it.

WHEN DRIVING A WORK TRUCK YOU ARE REPRESENTING THE COMPANY YOU WORK FOR......... This gentlemen was driving 45 in a 20 school zone and i was simply trying to tell him to slow down, thumbs up to this d*** for putting a his road rage before his carrier.

Hatcher Construction has been working with Driveway Maintenance for a number of years. The quality of their work is impressive, their prices are very competitive, and the employees we have had the opportunity to deal with both at a job site and in the office have always been very helpful.
