Paving Contractors

Didn't do a good job cleaning up. Left dirt and garbage behind.

A history of late payments. Now 9 months after being contracted by them and we still haven't been paid. Every week I get a new story about why they haven't paid yet. Promises after promises stories after stories. Do not do business with this company especially if you are a sub. BEWARE of Murdock Graham & Lucie La Roche

Took multiple calls and 3 weeks to get back to me and then never showed up for the appointment. Don't waste your time

Horrible company and horrible workmanship. Was promised HL3 and received HL8. 4 sunken areas of asphalt after only 4 months. Unsurprisingly JP Paving hasn't answered and calls or warranty requests. Better business bureau has this company flagged. Too bad I never checked before I used them.

Poor work quality. Very unprofessional

Very professional company to deal with for residential and commercial paving. Owner Joe Zappia was easy to work with & his crews all work really hard to get the job done right and on-time. I hired them do a long driveway that hadn't been touched in 65+ years that was a nightmare to clean in the winter time - got a very reasonable, free, quote with exact measurements & options one day. A few weeks later a team of 4 came to rip out the old junk & lay down gravel. About 8 weeks later, after everything settled, another crew of 5 came to install the asphalt, making sure the slope was just right for rainfall etc. On both occasions, the guys showed up when they said they would & were really efficient, getting everything done within a few hours. Overall, great experience ! P.S. Just note, you may need to book them well in advance - they literally do hundreds of jobs in Toronto & the GTA each paving season.

NOT RECOMMENDED - Paid over $2000 and driveway began cracking just over a year later! Don't let this happen to you. Avoid Ludwig Paving.

Noticed some problems with our asphalt driveway several months after installation. Contract called for warranty period of 12 months. When I contacted Frank owner of Turcon, he refused to fix or even examine the problem. He took the position that the warranty had expired because the warranty started when contract was signed and not when work was actually completed (the work did not take place until 6 weeks after contract signed). His last email to me read in part "Take me to court. I'm confident that bill your referring to will be my court fees you're paying for. Do not contact me anymore on this matter."
