The sales and installation staff that came out to our home were great and treated my wife with respect. The workmanship and speed of installing our new driveway was better then we had expected. I believe I could have given Richfield Blacktop five stars if we hadn't had the extra challenge of removing a large tree to make our driveway straight instead of curved. So when my wife was coordinating the tree and stump removal she attempted several times to have "Tom" the project manager call her to discuss this matter. Since she received no response she ended up having to drive to office to get a response out of him, which was very inconvenient for her at the time. She was received the impression that he only wanted to email exchange with the "Man" of the house, which maybe best considering his phone persona is not very friendly. In the end I would be might consider recommending others to them, since they do quality work, with the caveat that one doesn't have any challenges for them.

So far so good. They came out to the property to check out and provide me an estimate which was reasonable - but also proactively offered to match price with anyone amd gave me some tips on things to do myself to save (silicon crack between garage and asphalt myself vs $4/foot for them). Scheduled time and they came out in time window promised and worked quickly on large driveway (w/ 2 coats). No over spray on house/garage/shed... A little on grass on some plants but minimal and not a big concern. Not 5 star because moved original schedule date and a little weird to call (not sure who ever answers and some people have more access to info than others - always nice though). Very close to 5 star. I will update as it dries totally and ages but so far i am pleased.
