I called today and left a voicemail to get an estimate, The owner Steve calls me back and asked me to send him pictures of the area we need to do!
I sent him pictures of the area and he texted me back with a price of $1950 and asked me to measure the area, steps and the clearance by the door!!!
I was shocked the way he did handle my call and asking me to do the work for him instead coming and check my place and go over what he can do and give me a writing estimate.
he was rude and not professional and when i told him how i feel about it not coming to my location and give me an estimate he called me rude.
