A history of late payments.
Now 9 months after being contracted by them and we still haven't been paid.
Every week I get a new story about why they haven't paid yet. Promises after promises stories after stories.
Do not do business with this company especially if you are a sub.

We had a crew from Capital Asphalt repave an area out front of our office building. They did a great job on the pavement but it was their outstanding attention to customer care that impressed us the most. Their entire team was always on alert to our employees and customers coming and going from our building during the construction. They helped customers bring in boxes, turned off the machines when someone was walking near the area and were very communicative of their progress throughout the day. A very impressive team! I would recommend them in a heart beat.

MWS Construction ... Excellence, caring, detail focused, from concept to implementation. Eric's design ... awesome! Mark and crew ... beyond professional! There is no other landscaping company that can touch these guys ... how do I know? I'm a stickler for getting the job done right and these guys delivered in spades!
