Paving Contractors

Great place to get information

We got Ron to grade our mountain driveway, and we are very happy with the result. I told him what I wanted, and he did even better. One part of the driveway was so steep that many cars couldn't make it up. I asked him to create a small parking, and turn-around area at the beginning of the steep part, which he did, but he was also able to smooth out the grade itself, so it is not as steep. Right after he did it, I had to rent a car, and all they had was a Mustang. It made it up the whole way with no problem at all. This is the second time we have used him, and each time we are more pleased.

Great day for visiting the paving crews and all the equipment they have very friendly folks.

Professional Contractors

Great at approving estimates !

We recently added a garage and badly needed a driveway! I was dragging my feet on the project because I couldn't find anything I liked around town (Wilmington NC) or I saw bad reviews. Basically I stopped looking for months then I began looking again and found Stones by Earth. I drove to their office and was greeted with smiles and knowledge. Mario, Alexia and family had recently moved here from Florida. In 2 days Mario came out and gave us an estimate and ideas. They started the next week and 5 days later we have the best driveway ever! I really enjoyed how the family was involved in the business and they communicated well with us and each other. I have already recommended them to a friend. See the photo attached.

When they came through to pave my street they used a fan to blow all the rocks and trash into everybody's yards. I called and complained because my yard was now full of rocks, they sent someone back to clean my yard only. When my neighbor cut his grass a rock broke my car window. We have never had any issues like this before. Now I have water leaking into my car and cannot get anyone to return my calls with the company.
