The folks at Accu-Brick are great at what they do! The materials and workmanship were top-rate, and although the amount charged was not inexpensive, I thought it was a great value. I’m VERY happy with the result. I’m so pleased to do business with a local company that puts the customer first.

Wanted work done at my home, and Chris Frazier said for over a year that he would,"get around to it." For this reason, we did not hire another company for the work. During this year long interlude, Chris Frazier did work for other people in the area and even for other people in my own family who happened to just call him, continually putting off the work I needed done. Contacted him one last time today asking him if he was still interested in doing work for me, and he abruptly replied, "no," with no further explanation. It would have been beneficial to me if he would have told me he couldn't or wouldn't do the work at any other time during the past year instead of telling me he would get around to the work and somehow managing to take work from other people who contacted him after I had contacted him. I only chose him to do the work because he is local; my advice to any prospective customers would be to contact a better established business and pay a little more so that you are not stuck still needing work done a year later. Better business practices and customer service communication is definitely something Chris Frazier needs to adapt. My advice: Don't waste your time with this business and look elsewhere for someone who will adequately and appropriately complete the work asked of them.
