Paving Contractors

I give this City of Clinton department 1 star because 0 stars is not an option. The Public Works Director is a childish hot head that misappropriates public taxpayer funds to harass a private citizen and expose our city government to liability in litigation. Trying to deal with him was like trying to talk to a broken brick. His name is Donald Webb and he is not even a resident of our town (from Burns Flat). I feel that he gives a bad rep to the other employees of this department, who have been polite and respectful, and feel that our City would be better served by hiring local residents who have an interest in our community. I feel that Mr. Webb's misuse of public funds is a direct contributing factor to the rising costs of our City utilities..
