I met the owner of Aspen Construction over 3 years ago when I asked for a quote on paving the parking area in front of our 1st cabin on Lake Drive in Lake Arrowhead. Stacey Pattison, the owner, was very professional and gave us a good quote. We had the job done a few weeks later and it was done very nicely and professionally - and 3 years later it still looks great!
We really liked the way Aspen Construction laid the asphalt for our first cabin, so when we went to get a quote to do our other cabin on Cottage Grove in Lake Arrowhead, I called Stacey again. We again were very pleased with the job - from meeting with Stacey, to grading the parking area and to laying the asphalt. We highly recommend Aspen Construction to anyone we meet.

Your asphalt sealcoating service is excellent! I used it to do some driveway work on a long drive and I must say I am very delighted. High quality, very near and completely clean after the team left my property. Strong recommendation!

The last time I had stamped concrete, the company made a bigger mess than what I already had. This time C.C. made things right. I really enjoyed their services.

the framing, rebar and the concrete stamping was good..the coloring of the concrete which was supposed to be mixed in with the cement before pouring did not happen, instead he tried to stain the dried concrete which failed miserably, not even the color i chose. now my concrete looks like blush make up was put on. there are cracks on my wall from their hammering on the patio.
i agree with the guy below me all he cares about is his check and don't really care if you're happy with his work and does not have the slightest clue how to correct his mistakes..now i have to correct his failed color staining of my concrete and the cracks of my stucco wall on a brand new house he messed up..
