So disappointed in Nadia, she filed a claim, a year later was ready to present our offer and couldn't take the time to respond to our questions. It appears she is only here for the quick buck and not concerned about her clients at all. We sent 2 emails asking questions about the claim she wanted to file. She did respond and asked what we thought was fair. We wrote back with what we thought and her response was " I do not feel that you are being realistic about this claim. I do have obligations to other clients. I can see that this file will require a large investment of my time without the expectation that you will settle on a reasonable basis. I would ask that you seek another lawyer to act as counsel for you in this matter." Wow, really !!!!!!! You asked what we thought, we never said no, we were asking questions and looking out for our best interest. I guess a quick $30,000 in her pocket appears to be all she saw and no worries or concerns for her clients.......on to the next easy $30,000.

I was referred to this law firm by a good friend, after dealing with a terrible law firm that basically took my money and then tried to tell me they didn't think we could win. Trusted my gut and instantly told them they were fired. With not much money left, no idea where to turn, was talking to a friend and he referred Lindsay Hoban. Never in my life have I made a better decision, she some how got back a large portion of the money the other firm was just going to straight up do nothing for and keep. This was a god send and the most respectable part I could imagine for anyone to do for me in my situation. My case wasn't an easy one and I didn't even have much faith in winning. Yet Lindsay Hoban was a rock, she did everything in her power, got me even better results than I could reasonably expected and I can sit here today with with it all completely behind me. Don't listen to those people with 1 star, they are likely very unreasonable and had less then no chance at a favourable out come due to repeat offences etc. If Lindsay could help me out of my mess, then I bet they can do wonders for 90% of people in need.
