be careful with Farouk jiwa. he is a lawyer that cares just about the money, and would not give a damn about you. if he sees that you don't have a good case. he will sell you to another lawyer without even telling you, and if you want to call him, he would not answer you so be careful with this man.

When I first filed my paperwork, I did not know for certain if it had made it to their office through the mail, because no one contacted me. So eventually I assumed that it had not made it through and I had no representation. SO I called ICBC my self and told them I had a claim, they replied oh, yes, you do and your being represented by mussio goodman. So I replied oh, ok. It had been about 6 months since I sent in the info and not one peep from the office. This was the first alarm. Then after informing Max Russman of my situation and that I would like some counsel, I had to wait for a reply and when I did get a reply it felt very distant and translated into me as being insignificant basically. That was the second alarm. More alarms came about when I needed an answer from icbc regarding my case regarding liability and my potential for help from work bc. I used McLarty Wolf to help deal with obtaining a settlement from ICBC after a car accident I was in last year. Ross was super helpful and I always felt comfortable working with him and all of the staff at the firm. The most unprofessional service I've ever received from any law firm in the lower mainland. Rude receptionist who thinks it's okay to laugh at a client who is upset and hurt. Paul miller is a very unprofessional and uncompassionate lawyer same with Anthony Simpson. Clearly money is their motto and they don't respect or care about their clients. You won't get any sympathy or empathy here at Simpson Thomas and associates. Better stick to another law firm even if they charge more don't go to this joke of an establishment. Never recieved an apology except threats.That receptionist needs to be fired if she knew how to deal with the public and had good communication skills this all could have been avoided.
