No wheelchair access passersby on the street helped me in. Lied and said she (Fernanda Stefani) called and told me not to come but when I complained lied again and told her boss I was upset because my paper work wasn't right. Couldn't direct me home another customer inside took me to the train station. Not going back there very distressing. No collaboration inside the office . Would give no stars but not an option. Actually the receptionist deserves 5. She assisted me up and down the stairs to get to the toilet as there is no lift.

Have worked with Franceen before. She is loud, ignorant and brings stress upon herself. She's cold hearted and insensitive to others feelings. Some life lessons have not served her well. Franceen needs to get that chip off her shoulder, stop being entirely self centered, pessimistic, controlling and constantly blaming others for her misfortunes. Compassion and empathy lacking in her personality. Her bitterness evident. Franceen must start to develop better social skills, stop making sarcastic, uncalled for remarks and think before she suddenly blurts out sudden, embarassing, unfounded and unwarranted comments about others.
