Intake meeting was simple and well organized, since this is the firms main line of work they have the process streamlined. It quickly went downhill from there. Absolutely NO communication from my lawyer & only after I asked for an update was I ever informed about the status of my claim. Timelines were consistently missed.

Worst customer service ever! These lawyers were provided by my builder which is how I found them. My bank had put a rush order on my mortgage because I was going on vacation soon and I wanted to make an appointment before I left town. I called the office and they never picked up. I have left voice mails and they don’t return phone calls. I emailed them and they replied saying that they did not receive the instructions from my bank. My bank had put a tracking on the email and it showed that they opened the email a week before I had to leave for vacation yet they did not contact me and claimed that they did not receive the instructions. My bank had to re-send the instructions. After that, I finally got an appointment; however, due to their tardiness, it had to be after my vacation. I emailed the firm several questions about whether I would have enough time to get the title transfer completed before my possession date and they did not reply back. The day before my appointment, they sent me instructions to have a bank draft ready before my appointment. Since my bank does not have a physical branch, it takes 2-5 business days to get a bank draft ready. I had to call my bank, put a rush order on it and pick up my bank draft two hours before my appointment with them. Overall, dealing with this law firm has been an unpleasant and stressful experience.
