If we could give Simcoe Pest Control 10 stars, we would! They are fantastic. Very knowledgeable, very professional,yet neighourly as well. Prices are very affordable. They return messages in a timely manner. We will only use Simcoe Pest Control for our annual wasp maintenance!

Raja was excellent and courteous. Arrived at our house to take care of our flea problem! Asked questions and listened to our concerns. The day I called I was able to set up an appointment for the following morning which was the best. Everything went smooth from start to finish. Would recommend to everyone needing pests removed. I have had dealings with this company several times for wasp control issues, as my area is bad for this, and I am very satisfied with their service and professional staff. For the two people who are giving this company bad reviews you have no idea what you are talking about.

"Aanteater was recommended to me by my daughter based on her experience. The technician came promptly and gave a detailed written quote to remove a squirrel from my family room ceiling without charge. A day or so later I decided to go ahead and an appointment was made to have the work done. Michael turned up on time, did the work efficiently (even managing some extra gratis!) and explained what he did. He was very pleasant to work with! A week later a supervisor turned up, also on time, to remove the one way trap and inspect Michael's work. Another week later the squirrel is hanging around the garden (looking quite annoyed!!). I hope I never have to test the warranty given!!!!!

Great service and very trustworthy company! I was out of town when I had them do work on my home, I left my home with a carpenter ant issue and came back to not seeing a single ant. They did exactly what I wanted and nothing more, very straightforward company. Thank you so much!

If I could rate 0 stars I would. I contacted Lee on March 7, 2018 on a recommendation from a friend. I explained to him that we saw a bat on our roof and saw it crawl into the corner of one of our dormers. Asked Lee if they handled bat removal - he said Yes. We arranged for him to come out and inspect our attic which he did. His findings were minimal and bat activity appeared to be localized in one small area and noted only one point of entry. He suggested we wait until the weather broke and becomes warmer when bats are more active before he comes back to place the bat door. He also suggested we have all other possible points of entry sealed - we had that done. He never followed up with us. I finally called him early JULY on like a Wednesday or Thursday. He vaguely remembered who I was and what situation we were dealing with. I replayed all that happened and why I as calling now - the weather has been warm for a while now so we would like you to come place the bat door. He asked that I call him back on Monday. Weird, but ok. I waited and called him Monday morning. No answer. I left message. Later that afternoon, I called back. Lee answered. Explained who I was and he said he was busy and not able to make it out that day. He asked that I text him my address and he would be out BY Wednesday to install door. Even told me, no one has to be home since I don’t need access to inside the house. Cool! Sent him my info. Today is Wednesday!! I took a pic of the roof and sent it to him so he would remember exactly which corner to apply the door. It’s damn near 3:00 pm and Lee has yet to arrive. I call him. He answers and tells me, “I’m really backed up with work, if you need someone to come out immediately you will need to call someone else!” My friend is still my friend however this has got to be the most unprofessional, unreliable company I have ever dealt with. Red flags from the very first encounter and I should have made other arrangements. So for 5 whole months we’ve been living with the knowledge that we have bats in our attic and Lee doesn’t seem to think that a home owner would want That situation handled swiftly!! Highly offended and a little embarrassed that I allowed him to drag me along for so long!!!
