Pest Control

Andrew A provided a thorough assessment of my property; He looked high and low. He has a keen eye for spotting potential entry points for mice to get into the house. When the team came to seal up my house, they addressed all my concerns, and provided a great and pleasant customer service. I would definitely recommend Skedaddle to others.

We've used Grants a number of times and have always had truly exceptional service and results. Friendly, professional and a pleasure to deal with.

When we first thought we had critters living in our attic, we panicked, thinking we had squirrels or raccoons, likely with babies just born...A Google search quickly made us understand that, aside from the mess and possible health issues, significant costly damage could also result. Ken from Abate was such a calming influence. He trapped the mother raccoon, kept her at his facility while over a number of days removing her 5 babies, then reuniting and relocating this family. A male raccoon was subsequently trapped as well. Honest, reliable, knowledgeable, and considerate, we were always made aware of next steps, up to and including the repair of the soffits that were damaged and used as the entry/exit point. My absolute best possible recommendation should you be in need of any pest control services!! I'd give the 10 stars out of 5 if I could...

The only choice for pest control. They do it right, right away at the right price.

My company has been using Orkin Canada for years, and we are pleased by their professionalism, their prompt response if you have an issue. They go above to make sure we are happy. I had noticed a problem with cockroaches in our home, and decided to call Ottawa Pest Removal after careful deliberation. After the treatment process, the cockroaches were completely gone with no issues thereafter. The service was very prompt and the technician was extremely well qualified. I highly recommend this company.

Last week my hubby discovered one of the vents on the side of our home was broken. I was very concerned that we now had mice or other critters roaming through our ventilation system! I emailed for help and Ashley responded right away, setting us up with an inspection time. Sean came by earlier than expected and called right away with an update. Thankfully the vent damage was not animal related, which relieved me greatly! He then went on to explain how we could fix the problem and addressed other issues regarding our home. This was above and beyond what I expected from our inspection. We're so pleased with their rapid response, courteous emails/calls, and helpful advice. Thank you Sean and Ashley!

Dedicated hard workers that will see any pest bothering you is taken care of

I called a bunch of places around Ottawa to check out my balcony as I was almost sure that bats were coming around and leaving little presents. Nature’s Way is the only place that returned my call in a timely manner. They listened to my concern and booked a technician just two days later. Trevor the technician was fantastic he was very knowledgeable and gave me all the available options. He really took the time to inspect (at no cost) inform me and just work with me on the issue. I’m happy with the service and attention he gave.
