Heidi was on time and did a careful and full inspection of pieces of furniture to be moved into a care home my mother will be moving into. Very pleased with Economical and would use them again if needed.

I was relieved to find the pest control professional who treated my apartment, for bed bugs, to be knowledgeable, professional and courteous. So far, my unit has had the recommended second treatment, and I am hopeful that we may have solved the issue. Bed bugs are an awful problem to have but feeling confident in the company treating the problem can help.

Francis did a fantastic job removing the cockroaches in my house located at westlock. It’s only the first day but I’m already seeing promising results. Francis was super friendly, punctual and helpful, I will definitely recommend his service.

Bizarre experience. One person visited the house and recommended that he come back and do the work we needed in mid to late September. He did disparage other major companies that do the same work which seemed a bit self serving but I chalked it up as banter about the competition. He otherwise seemed to be a knowledgeable and genuine person. Recently, I called as per the earlier arrangement. My first contact would not answer his phone and apparently has no voicemail. I called what I thought was the main office number to receive assistance. A different person answered and asked me to call him back directly if his colleague did not return my call by a late afternoon. My call was not returned so I circled back to the alternate colleague. I don't know if this person had a rough day but he went from inviting me to call him back to becoming abrupt and telling me that if his colleague wasn't answering the phone that meant he could not help me so call "someone else". I said I found his attitude unprofessional and I attempted to explain that my call was not random but based on an earlier arrangement. I attempted to further explain but this individual did not seem to understand and/or wasn't interested and hung up on me. To that end, he did me a favor because talking to him was painful and if things do not work with a company it's usually for the best, you've had a lucky escape.

Great Quality Service. For all your Pest Needs

I used the online system. It says “book now.” but it really should just say “pay now.” As all they do at that time is charge your credit card and give you NO indication of when you'll get service. Is it in the next week? Next Month? This summer? No idea. So I left a message requesting this info before they charged my card. Guess what? They didn't provide it, they just charged my card. I finally got a hold of someone and they said a week to 10 days and they'll text me the day before (I have large dogs and a locked gate, so I needed to be home). Got a message on May 25 that they'd be there Monday, May 28. I stayed home for the SCHEDULED service. Surprisingly, no one arrived. Okay, that happens. I called them and left a message. No response. I texted the dispatch number. No response. I emailed. No response. I used the live chat, and NO RESPONSE. Three days later, I get a response to the text. Apparently, they “ran out of time” and just didn't come. They didn't come. They didn't let me know. They didn't contact me to apologise. They didn't contact me to reschedule. And when they responded to me, they gave me the following “we don't schedule from here. Each location does its own scheduling. The best I can do is request service.” Can I cancel & get my money back? I can't take another day off work when they still might not come. Yes, but not conveniently. I can call back when there is a manager there and they can give me a refund. Okay, when is there a manager there? Tomorrow. Oh, that narrows it down. What a waste of time. I have no idea if the product is good. The service is too horrible for me to find out.

I was so vary fortunate to have the opportunity to work as a technician for JAPCO! The Class and professionalism buy the owners/management in powers there employees to better them selfs for both personal growth and of the company! Thank you Japco for three amazing years!

I made arrangements to have my belongings heat treated at their devon shop. it is excruciatingly painful to meet their requirements: they want you to put furniture on the sides and belongings in the middle. the problem with that is the furniture may topple down while driving and break. my movers told me it was insecure and we kept reconfiguring the moving van trying to find a compromise and had to strap each furniture piece against the wall of the UHaul. because of this, we ran three hours late. when i spoke to John he was very ungracious and became irate. i told him i am having a hard time following his instructions in a practical way. then he became nasty and implied they may not be able to do the job, after i invested hundreds of dollars buying plastic crates and packing for days to meet his specifications and spending the entire day labouring. then, after six hours of moving when i texted him a photo of my moving van which was literally half full, he said he didn't want to do the job. when i called him, he began yelling at me in a way which made me feel he has mental issues, and I don't say that facetiously, but he was very nasty in how he handled the situation. I'm sure he's going through personal issues but don't waste my time (entire week of prep) and money so you can get a little power trip. completely unprofessional and he may, just to get a power trip if you're inconveniencing this moody man, will leave you in a lurch.

Company is not locally based out of spruce grove. Company is pest in the city and falsely claims that they are local in spruce grove and st albert to get business.
