Thank you Interstate! We didn't know what to do when we had a mice infestation. Started out as one mouse and quickly got out of control. A friend suggested Interstate and so I called. Seren in the office was amazing. She was so friendly and set us up with a monthly visit. The techs are friendly and professional. I highly recommend!

I had Gordon and Logan both show up for a number of visits to my place shortly after moving in. Garden City had been taking care of my previous condo building with a rodent maintenance program and I knew their invoices were reasonable and services effective. I can't say enough about how great these guys were after meeting them in person. They spent hours down in my crawlspace, trapped numerous rats over a period of weeks, sealed off entry points, and disinfected and cleaned up all the waste and debris left behind by the rats. Also knocked down a significant silverfish population. They answered all my questions and were a pleasure to deal with. And after four visits, my bill was more than reasonable. I would call these guys again without hesitation and would always choose them over a big firm. Thanks Gordon and Logan!

Had an emergency when I came upon an ant infestation in my home, called them and they showed up same day at the time they said they would and took care of my problem and put my mind at ease. I was stung pretty badly late evening on the 16th August by a couple of wasps that had built nests under my shed. Both my husband and I had been stung a week or so before by the same wasps so something had to be done. I contacted Orkin the following morning as they had dealt with a wasp problem we had in 2012. Fred Gordon arrived at 10:15 the same day. He watched the wasp's behaviour, came up with a plan, explained exactly what the plan was, what chemicals he would be using, how they worked and how long I would need to keep my cat inside. He then put on his safety gear and got on with the job. He asked me to keep checking to see if any wasps returned to the area and promised to return the following day to retreat the area if any did. I only saw one that evening and it flew under the shed and didn't come out again. That was nearly three weeks ago and any wasps flying by give that area a wide berth. Thanks Fred. I was so impressed. You did a fantastic job. I can now go in and out of my shed without worrying about getting stung by angry wasps.
