They gave me a more humane option for curing dog barking than I had come up with

Very knowledgeable and a great teacher :)

We have used Busy Bee Critter Sitters ever since we moved to Guelph! They have always looked after our cats very lovingly, and even once stayed overnight when our old dog was post-op and we were worried about over-enthusiastic dogs jumping all over her at our usual dog boarding place. We have been very satisfied with both the daily visits and the overnight care. They send little updates each day and even take photos! Highly recommended.

Every visit is the best very professional and most my dog Sam loves to go and he always looks adorable

Just went today and thought the space was amazing. Cats are well looked after and have plenty of spots to hide so they only interact when they want to (I will not go places where animals are forced to do anything). The cats are all up for adoption and as a former volunteer at a shelter I would say this is a much happier space for them to wait for a furever home. It was clean, the staff were super friendly, and the prices were reasonable. Will be going again!

Excellent service! Had a bad experience with another pet service not showing up and feel so much better with Fido & Feline's thorough and caring approach!

2 our of 3 machines aet money and didn’t work. No option to retrieve money put in and no numbers to call for help. Water pressure is very low so if you suds up your dog, expect to pay a fortune to rinse it off at a rate of $5 for 8 mins. Seems like a long time until you realize water dribbles out of wash head. Blower hoses could use a cleaning and it would help to have adapter heads. Hoses are covered in dog hair. Recommend going elsewhere.

Very calming and relaxing atmosphere.

I couldn't ask for anything more for my beloved dog than what Kyle and his staff at Pets Above provided. I thank them with all my heart for allowing my family and me a final viewing and visitation for my beautiful girl. God bless you.

I gat mind and I love it

Through dedicated volunteers, and their love for the horses, they have made a safe and beautiful haven for those horses. We return every year for the annual fund raiser yard sale. This itself seems to grow, into a larger event every year.

Just picked up our 11 year old shih tzu Simon from his first grooming. Thank you so much . He's beautiful!

Staff is always friendly, and very helpful :)

Lynn is very helpful, this little shop has more then you think! Every-time I go in I find something new and exciting. Also the clearance bin is consistently full of fun deals.

They really treat your pets like their own!😊
