Pet

In response to Sandi, I understand that you would be upset, but I doubt very much that your pup got sick at the kennel. We have used Kalmegess for many years, and I couldn't be more happy with the staff, care, and overall experience. Even my dog gets excited when we ask her if she wants to go see Moke and the girls! As for your remarks regarding the cleanliness of the kennels, I honestly can't believe you would say such negative and outright mistruths. These kennels are exceptionally clean, they even go so far as to wash the pet's blanket if they bring one! We have been inside the kennel area at different times of the day, and have always been impressed at how clean it is. And as far as staff at pick up/drop off, I would rather wait a few minutes, especially knowing the ataff is with the dogs! Sorry you have chosen to blame the kennel, but I can assure you that Kalmegess is not to blame!

Sue is excellent! She is very reliable and attentive to our pets' needs. We especially love the updates that we receive from Sue while we are away as it puts our minds at ease.

Janice came to our home to groom our 12 year old Golden Retriever. And what a handsome fella he was when she was finished. Farleigh was so relaxed that he actually fell asleep while she brushed him. So much easier for our old guy who has trouble getting in and out of the car. Thanks Janice!!!

Poor selection. Pricey

Katie is the best. She is always cheerful and professional. Chester loves his Katie dates.

They did an amazing job grooming and cutting my 2 big dogs nails.

Friendly groomer. Took our dog last minute. Highly recommended.

Is ok.. Little expensive and the bay I used was very dirty.

Carol does a wonderful job with my furbaby.

Great service great product.

Treating your pet like thier own!! and cant wait for the new dog park! Great place to give your PET a vacation as well!!

My dog Gibson has been staying at Happy Tails Home Camp and I could not be happier and either can he! They send me photos of Gibson and are always available when I want to check in. Reasonably priced too! Gibson comes home happy & unstressed not exhausted and sick. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Horrible place, ceiling started falling apart and leaking on us while we were sleeping. Manager didn't even care or accommodate us in any way. Absolutely ridiculous!
