Dear Cheong-Min Baek, I have lost the email account for the google page, so I could not log in. I am hoping you would read this by me leaving another review. I am so sorry to offend your feeling. I am very good with scissors and dogs and groom many "wigglebums" but I am clearly lacking human skill. When I was going to assign "a new groomer" to your dogs, you became worried. "A new groomer" to us but she has been grooming for more than 5 years at other salons, and she is a very enthusiastic and patient groomer and has done many feisty or nervous dogs since she joined us. I was just trying to make you feel a bit lighter because most groomers actually don't hurt dogs, that is why I invited you to come take a look at our salon. We are dog groomers because we care for dogs. There are many hard working skilled groomers in this town, and we communicate with each others well between salons. Sounds like you found a good place, and I wish you very best in this town. Again, I am truly sorry for not able to make you feel comfortable with us. Sincerely, May

I was in desperate need to get my dogs groomed. Anywhere else I called in town couldn't take them in. I am a bit of a last minute person. I called Cuddly Cuts and they took both my dogs in right away, had them showered and groomed within two hours! The price range is decent, and the staff are great!

What an excellent kennels! Liz is wonderful with the dogs and really goes the extra mile to make sure each individual pet is happy and their specialized needs are met.

They always treat our pup incredibly well, we rarely have to wait to get in, and the staff is friendly.

Nadia is an amazing dog trainer. She has helped us out so much! Highly recommended.

Even though Barney does not really like going to the groomers I feel better about taking him to the Groom Room then any other place. Justine always listens to what I want and keeps great records of any comments and concerns. The facility is really clean and Barney comes home looking really beautiful and totally relaxed.

We just had our 2 dogs there today, and I am so pleased! They both look great! We will be back for sure :)

I absolutely love this store. They treat my dogs so well... Always seem excited to see them and give them treats. Their prices are fair, they selection is great and they carry my purchases out to my car. They just generally offer great service. They also do a pretty good job with their social media.. Keeping engaged with their customers and offering contests and specials.

Washed both my friends dogs here. Paid $10.50 each and it's very worth it. Two big dogs taken on a much needed walk and spoiled. The oatmeal shampoo got everything out. And the anti itch did wonders for the other dog.

It had been a while since I had my Mr High-anxiety in for a peticure, but we stopped in with no appointment for a nail trim. Lori REMEMBERED - AND accommodated Hank immediately ... coming out front to do his nails so as not to cause him excess stress by taking him behind the counter to The Grooming Room. She took the time to pet & play with Hank and made him feel comfortable before she asked him to sit down and then she got down on the floor and in the blink of an eye she had all 4 feet done! I was amazed and I'm pretty sure Hank wasn't even aware that his nails were being clipped - she is that GOOD 😄 Due to his breed, Hank doesn't require grooming however if he did I would not hesitate to bring him to Bark Avenue for Lori to look after. I highly recommend Bark Avenue and Lori to anybody who's got a dog that needs grooming or just a peticure. 👍
