Absolutely the worst experience ever!!! We will never ever go back. A few months ago my partner went in asking about bedding we had bought there 2 week prior. The lady working snottily told him she has worked there since February and never seen it... okay.. so tonight (Friday July 20th @6pm) we go In trying to find a soft cone collar, the same lady was on the phone the whole time talking to a friend about shoes and other nonsense, never said hi, never asked how she could help, in the meantime I had told my 3 year old to pick out her favourite fish from the tank and we would take it home... we walked by the lady and stood back around the fish by the counter THREE times and the lady was still on a personal phone call. When we finally walked out she said “thanks for coming in” like really lady? You’re in the customer service industry.... where the hell is your customer service??? I will never spend another penny there and will make sure to tell everyone I know the same. Good job.

Will not shop here. I will go to the North Shore store rather than this one.

Kids wanted to come in and check out the new store renovations and see the animals the man who was working was fantastic with the kids and let them hold and pet the ferrets ♡ highly recommend coming in !

I have moved away from that area but when I lived there they were always helpful and knowledgeable. They do go out of their way to help out. I always go back when I'm in the area.

We go at least once a week for the dog adventure walk.

Nice store and awesome friendly staff

The staff here are so passionate about what they do, really can feel it. The cages and tanks are pristine, and the staff can answer all and any questions regarding a future pet. The prices are reasonable and the store is kept very clean. I would recommend just stopping there and browsing, even if you just are passing through.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in diesem schönen, alten Haus mit viel Historie. Die zwei Gastgeber waren super nett und haben ein sehr leckeres Frühstück für uns gezaubert. Sie aßen sogar mit und man konnte sich toll mit ihnen unterhalten. Wir empfehlen das B&B auf jeden Fall weiter:)

Great pet wash facility and a great selection for dog chews and treats. There's a friendly cat that wanders around the store so be mindful of that if you have your dog along.

Excellent groomers! Did my Standard Poodle & Yorkie best job yet!! Very nice ladies! Well kept & clean facility. No nicks, my dogs were happy & not stressed. Highly recommend😊
