We have our PWD a full grooming done here. Very happy with their professional work and fair price. The location is convenient for an easy free parking. Highly recommend to all dog owners. Updates: I noticed the review rating went down in the past few months. I have bad experience myself in April. I couldn’t agree more to other dog owners’ comments: poor quality of services, unorganized environment, unsupervised dogs on site. I would have picked 2 on my review for the service I received in April. I thought the management might going through tough time. I was hasitating whether to change groomer for my dog. I called up last week and made an appointment with Bobo, who did excellent work on my dog previously. She showed genuine concerns to the issues I raised. She gave my dog a very good grooming just as what she did last time. I am very satisfied with her service. I would definitely recommend Bobo if you are not sure about other technicians.

Sabrina was great with our little Henry and cutting his nails quick and gentle.

This is a truly special kennel. It's clear all of the staff adore animals and care for them like their own. We have been bringing our dog here for boarding and daycare and couldn't be happier to have found such a great place. Roxie gets so excited when we turn into the driveway and she loves the staff. At the end of the day I pick up a very happy, sleepy pup. Thank you Northwest Kennels and Daycare!

Great great dog wash!

bought a tough toy, and my dog destroyed it in one day, i went to return or exchange it. The manager was rude and made me feel like it was my fault and did not want to even listen to what i had to say. I felt discouraged to enter this petsmart location. Just because of this store manager, i don't feel comfortable bringing my dog or do shopping at this store. Even though about taking classes but now I am discourage to even take puppy classes at the store. My dog can sense rude people and he definitely dislikes the store manager.

Yana is absolutely fantastic! I trusted her with my two cats, 3 years old and 7 months old, when I was away for two weeks. She was very professional and did an excellent job that far exceeded my expectations: she followed my instructions to the letter, took time to play with both of them, and sent me updates with photos and videos every day. I came back to find two happy and healthy cats, well-taken care of. I swear they like her better than me now! I would trust no one else to take care of my precious kitties when I go away!

We had a difficult dog to groom and Cheryl dealt with him,no problem. Success grooming simply said that he was too much for them unless he was given a sedative.

My daughter has ridden in a few locations in the Lower Mainland. We love the warm and and professional atmosphere that Amanda has created at ABEquestrian. I really feel that she is getting excellent instruction and she finds the other riders friendly too.

Took my puppy here over the weekend. Wanted her to gradually get more comfortable being around water. Also to just simply get some of that puppy energy out. Yumi and Fran are amazing!!!! With many exclamation marks. By the end of the session she was already treading water (life jacket and the hydrotherapist). I also got a nice trim and nails clipped for the first time with Sharon. Great one stop shop. Would highly recommend this place not just for rehab but for also for a fun afternoon for the dogs to splash around
