I went to Debbie as her reviews really spoke to her great care for the dogs she grooms. I was thoroughly pleased with the way Debbie handled my Yorkshire Terrier, took care to make her feel at home and listened to know how I like her trimmed. I will definitely be back! Thanks Debbie!

I took my 5 year old Corgi to BriteBark today. As a retired dentist, I was more nervous than my wonderful dog who sailed through the procedure with flying colours. One decayed tooth ( I would call a "wisdom" tooth) was loose and removed...and all without the need for anaesthetic. The cleaning was excellent and the owner polite and competent. I was very pleased with the service, although it did cost $275...a bargain compared to the usual vet' fee. And now for a second visit a year later....still the same excellent service and bonus, a slighter lower cost Thank you Rhiana. My Corgi Mandi, seemed calm and content. J.A. Billett D.M.D., retired

Safe and perfect place to take your dog if you need daycare or boarding

Jan is no longer at this location. She is in North Saanich at Withy Windles stables. I really like the grooming she does on my dog. Just wish her business/grooming environment was a little less cluttered and more clean/organized.

I have a lovable, smart and headstrong westie-poodle. The team at Smart Dog have been with me from the start and at each milestone or challenge have provided guidance and support that is positive, expert and kind. Try the agility classes --- smart dogs, well-trained dogs, and tired dogs after a great romp in the barn.

I'm always so impressed when I go in here. Everyone is so nice but I've been helped by a woman named Tina (I think that's her name, she's got short, curly hair) a few times and I've never had better service anywhere! She is so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable and my pup just loves her! She truly goes above and beyond; she even went so far as to call around to different pet stores to find a product I needed in a size that Bosleys doesn't carry. I will go out of my way to shop at this location simply because of the experiences I've had with this woman. Thanks for loving and being so stellar at your job!

24hrs before I depart for my backpacking trip to Thailand I was hit with the unexpected news that my Husky Melo was unable to be looked after by a family friend. Frantically I searched for last minute, long-term boarding for my pupper. I can not believe the understanding and service I received from Lisa and her team. After explaining my predicament they did everything in their power to make it work. It's an added benefit that family and friends could go see Melo and even take him out for a walk or hike. AMAZING TEAM AMAZING SERVICE. Melo has never been happier than when he was staying with PAWsh. 10/10 You guys are awesome!

Funk & Fur is awesome! We have been using their grooming services for several years and they always do a fabulous job. I have two dogs and they can sometimes be a handful. Corrine always takes good care of them, gives us professional customer service, and my dogs look great!

Bit of a rocky start, but the staff are well trained and friendly, and the dog wash is fantastic.
