Plumbing

Quality work; need more transparency on pricing. Asked specific questions, was not given proper information. Charged truck fee and travel time. Asked specifically on the phone what charges would be, no mention of travel time, in addition to truck charge. Their justification was "we assumed everyone knew".....

Great service from a true professional. I recommend Bremners to everyone

If you happen to use Google search and type in both plumbing and incompetent, you'll find the advertisement for Willis Plumbing & Heating. They've recently worked at one of the condo units next door and in the process of fixing a pipe they flooded and destroyed the basement rooms in two of the units. They used expired glue to fix and pipe and left without ensuring that their work was effective in fixing the problem. Not only have my neighbours homes been flooded (destroying the ceiling, furniture and electronics) but they have also been unable to quickly fix the pipe issue, leaving all 8 units without access to water for over 72 hours. When asked about an estimated end date they hung up on us. You are taking a risk by hiring this company.

Hi dad

Excellent service for 8 years

New construction and renovation plumbers, some of the best in the area.

I would avoid H20 Plumbing at all costs, they started a job 8 months ago and haven’t been back since to finish! We are the first owners of a home in Sunset Ridge, Middle Sackville, where they did the plumbing. We have had low water pressure since we first moved in. To make a long story short, we had both the city and the plumber in to diagnose the problem, and it was determined that the “Pressure Reducing Valve” is dysfunctional. The original visit from the plumber was on October 15th, 2015, and he said he would have it replaced in a week. Today is June 12th, almost 8 months later. I have made over 20 phone calls and text messages. Every time I get through they say they are busy and will get back to me. Not once have I gotten a call back from them. I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I really don’t want anyone else to go through what I went through. Hire at your own risk!

Tony is not only an excellent plumber, but a super nice guy. He is reliable, conscientious and very experienced. Couldn't say enough about Tony. You can't go wrong with him.
