Plumbing

Excellent service at a reasonable cost. Used them twice now.

Very prompt when you need service.

Ryan S. removed two of our old toilets and replaced them with the ones we purchased. He was very professional and also very helpful in responding to all of our questions and explaining Mr. Rooter's services. If all employees at Mr. Rooter's are like Ryan, I recommend dealing with this company. Thank you Ryan!

The Service provided was immediate and efficient. Dave was professional and fixed the issues with my toilets. Beyond his extensive years of experience, he was professional and provided me with tips to ensure that my toilets are maintained on regular basis. He is the one I would contact to handle any plumbing issues and I would recommend him to others looking for honest and professional service.

I found this plumber to be honest sounding on the phone which is why I hired them. They came by and did good work, I was pleased with the outcome. However, after reviewing the bill I realized that they were dishonest with the amount of time they spent at my place and seemed to have overcharged me. After calling to speak with them on the phone they sounded accommodating and honest again, willing to provide clarity on what was billed and why. But they then followed up with a text message saying that they felt they had provided what's required. Overall I left feeling ripped off when all I wanted was some clarity on the costs. So while the work was good I would never willingly deal with these people again.

Best plumber in the area! Will never use anyone else. Great service and work done. Would give 6 stars if possible. 100% would recommend.

Local plumbing. Excellent service!

Very Professional work, great attitude, very efficient and stuck to the timelines indicated. Would definetly recommend for you Plumbing needs.

I worked with a man named Chris. He was hired to do some plumbing in my new home being built. My home build contractor assured me that he was reputable, but after several instances of wrong work being performed and deadlines not being met, i had no choice but to hire someone else to complete the job. this man was very rude, immature and did not show any sense of professionalism . i would not recommend this plumber for any work.

Always professional and good value for money. Have recommended him to others.

Best plumber in all of Ottawa. Fair, honest and does amazing work while always cracking a joke.

Did a great job replacing the hot water tank.

The Team at Candor have done some great work for my family and I. The work was done to the quality and Standard I would expect from Plumbing Professionals.

Great service overall. Jamie came over, explained to me what my options were in terms of fixing my plumbing issues and charged me a fair price. I would definitely recommend him for a house job.
