Were eager to do work and easiliy available. However charged 350 dollars to install dishwasher and their owner called me "ignorant" when I questioned the price. Was condescending throughout - will never call nor use them again.

Eddie was the technician dispatched to my house. He was very courteous. Went over royalty club and guarantee paperwork. Took a look at the job. Came up with a plan of attack. Gave me a price and I gave him the ok. He grabbed his tools and a few parts. About 30 minutes later job completed. Very clean installation. Thumbs up to Eddie.
