They were able to determine the problem real fast and did a great job of explaining it to me. Then after going over the different options to fix the issue and deciding on one; they worked as quickly as possible while making sure everything was done right the first time.

Old truck broke down and i was left waiting with a leak in my house. Called to confirm a arrival time and ended up getting yelled at by some lady in the office. Amazing how rude people can be!

We very much enjoyed working with Rex. Usually his wife answers the phone!! If not, she returns your calls promptly. Our problem was a plugged/broken drain line at our church, Rex inspected the lines with a camera, determined exactly where the problem was and came up with a best solution for correcting the problem. He has a truck that is equipped with every thing he needs to solve the problem you have and completes the job in a timely manner. We would certainly hire Rex again.

Price seemed reasonable, but they took ages to get the job done. Especially when we needed to get permits. There were constantly issues, where the inspector came multiple times to review things and they didn't seem to get things done correctly the first time. When we called them to get things fixed they never get back to us. The girl on the phone is always nice, but her manager never has an answer for her (or he just asks her to not respond and let us wait till we get tired of calling with the hope we'll go away. Always a headache with them

Snaked through the roof, 2 days later it was clogged. No warranty what so ever. Guy came and was pushing for a $1,800 cut off so it could be easier for them to snake next time. Charged $380 for simple snaking.

Unfortunately the most unprofessional contractor i’ve had to deal with since moving to the East Bay. Waited four days for our scheduled appointment which they failed to show up for. Avoided answering the phone and refused to return my calls.
