I called this company on a Thursday night they didn't send a plumber till Sat afternoon. Then when he gets here he says he will be back tomorrow with part at 1130a I called they say he won't be here to 445. I called then the girl tells me they have to order the part it won't be in for a week unless I pay extra to get it faster. THIS COMPANY SUCKS!!!!

These guys are the reasonable plumbers.They dont take advantage of a bad situation. I called them after hours on a holiday weekend and I didnt have to go into my savings....Thanks to the owners Jason of jdrains and rick from hayden church plumbing....

Customer service very poor

Recently, I came home and my kitchen sink wouldn’t drain it kept backing up into my shower, I called out Mcabe plumbing, they responded quickly and had the problem fixed fast and the price was good too. They were very knowledgeable, they knew exactly how to diagnose and fix the problem I would highly recommend them to Anyone who needs work done .

This company is a joke. I started working for GARY on October 9,201. I thought I was going into a great company with the way he sweet talked me into it. He gave me keys to the shop and name me Crew Leader. My first day I started at 7 am and left at 8 pm. He has 1 other worker, these jobs need more people in order to finish on time. He hires day labor people who do not have knowledge of the work. Every day I worked long hours only for him to pay me like this. I got paid for my first week of work and now he owes me almost $4,000.00. He fired me once he was not able to pay me. He would not come to the shop when there were 6 other people on a Friday night waiting to get paid. He had one of his sons take my keys. He asked me to meet him at a job site on a Saturday morning to give me my check and never showed. I sent him a text message and he answered "Who are you?" I spoke to someone who had hired him for a job that told me he heard this is well known of GARY. He does not finish his jobs on time. He is a liar, always has excuses and he owes many people money. He does not know how to run his company.

Brian was very helpful on the phone and special ordered an unusual size water heater for me and got it installed on time. Easy to contact and job done when said. Will use again.
