worst work ever. bought a house only to find the kitchen sink and prep sink have no vented pipe out the roof of the house just a pipe with duct tape over the end. sink backed up and water every where. would never recommend these guys

Living in an older high rise condo has exposed me to interesting plumbing needs. The first two plumbers I needed to hire did adequate work but seemed to leave small things undone. For example after the installation of a new garbage disposal, the plumber stated that the slight looseness was how it was supposed to be. However, when the Home Depot partnership with Kama'aina Plumbing resulted in Joe installing a new toilet, I saw a plumber with total attention to detail and total neatness. When, a few months later, my sink was clogged, I called the same company and rescheduled the time so that Joe could be the plumber. Again, I notice systematic attention to detail and neat and complete work. Incidentally, Joe also noticed that the garbage disposal was not properly tightened and properly tighten the screws. I will contact this company and ask for this plumber in the future.

From the Dispatcher to the Plumber who came on site, Diamond Head was professional, courteous and did a great job. Plus, it was an emergency! They took care of things within just a few hours.

These guys were good. I was interested because do not charge by the hour. There was a $29 "trip charge" for the quote, but it was applied to the invoice once they completed. Came out to install a new toilet, was done quickly and they gave me a warranty. I would recommend them to everyone.

been trying to call your company for some time now how about a service that I did not order and has the bill for invoice 44959 and how am I getting charged $157 when you did absolutely no service no repair and was in my shop for 5 minutes I did not order this so why is it that I'm getting the bill this has to be addressed as soon as possible and not be ignored and is not very businesslike as a business owner not to answer these questions I'm very upset and don't appreciate how this business is runned I do not run my business by ripping off people and this is a rip off I will copy and paste this to Yelp thank you for no service and the bill.

He found the leak immediately. Matt was in the area and visited the site the same day I called. What he did not know at the time was that I had already had one handyman and two licensed plumbers look for the leak. The handyman could not find the leak, one plumber gave me an estimate of $4,712.04 and the second plumber suggested re plumbing the complete house at $10,000 +! Matt's invoice for finding the leak was $150.00, it was a running toilet and a faucet supply line leak. Great job Matt!
