Plumbing

Great employer , never been apart of anything but trying to do a good job on everything we do. For that reason I'm sure we're worth calling.

I wasn't quite sure what was wrong with my plumbing but I knew that my hot water tank had a leak. I called RMB Plumbing and left a message. They called back within 5 minutes and told me that they could get someone out my way in the time that I needed. David the plumber called me about 30 minutes before he arrived to confirm the appointment, went over what kind of hot water tank I had and then came on time. I live in a mobile home and there's not many plumbing companies that accept mobile homes for their business in my area. David didn't hesitate to go under the crawl space. Unfortunately for me it was the worst case scenario of two leaks as well as a pretty steady one. Because it was late on a Saturday and the water needed to get shut off, he tried everything he could to contact water works, the city before asking me to call my landlord. David didn't hesitate to explain to me exactly what was going on underneath. While we were waiting for my landlord to arrive to shut off the water, Da

Always seem to have the knickknacks and parts you can't get anywhere else and much better prices on smaller things than the other hardware "depot". Stuff is super friendly and always willing to help find things or give advice. There are lots of things they don't stock but having them order things in is a breeze and super convenient.

Unlike other companies in Spearfish this company sends an actual plumber who knows his business and gets the job done quickly and affordably.

I've used Done for my home and my office. They are prompt, courteous, and professional. Each tech has been great, very impressive in the field and on the phone. Had a leaking pipe in an office bathroom last week. The tech arrived when he said he was, completed the work, and pointed out several things that needed to be done to keep us up to code. Another great job.

Had issues with a our new air conditioner for many years in our new build home. We had got the plumber who had installed it originally, to look at it. There diagnosis was it was undersized for our home. We got Dicks to look at it and he immediately diagnosed the issue, and had it going right way!

Staff is great and very helpful....

Prices comparable or better than city. Extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and personable staff. This store goes the extra mile for my business every time.
