I was not very impressed with Roto-Rooter. I called regarding a backed up kitchen sink. They scheduled an appointment for that evening. The plumber arrived during the scheduled time and was nice enough, but the estimate he gave was super high- a starting price of $360 to snake the drain. We had some calls in to other local plumbers, so we decided to hold off and wait to see what other estimates we received. I'm so thankful we did! The local company we went with who sent two men that worked on the drains for two hours straight only charged us $180! Seeing how much extra work this other company did, I'm sure the final cost from Roto-Rooter would have been much higher than the starting price they quoted us. The only benefit Roto-Rooter offered was a faster appointment, so if your job can wait a few hours, save yourself the hundreds of dollars and choose something local like Superior Plumbing. We're so glad we did.

Recommended by a friend. Great Service, non-emergent call for a drain that was plugged. Tech arrived early. No issues, very professional, gave me tips on how to avoid problems in the future and made some long term recommendations for possible repairs if needed. Will be my go to service for plumbing for sure.

I had a fantastic experience with Superior Plumbing. I called about a backed up kitchen sink that we had dried to fix with no avail. Superior scheduled a visit for first thing the next morning. The two men who arrived were very kind and professional. They had to try a few different things to resolve the issue, but worked very efficiently. Our kitchen sink is now draining better than it ever has and they even gave us some tips to prevent something like this from happening again in the future. We were surprised by how affordable the invoice ended up being, MUCH lower than a quote we received from a big company in the area. This small, local, plumbing service has our recommendation.

Bradford’s installed a new water heater at our home since we had a leaker. Steve was very respectful (wore booties and cleaned up at location thoroughly). My wife and I were very happy with the work and will contact again if we have any further plumbing issues.
