Awful customer service. A lot of shuffling from desk to desk with no one able or willing to help me after my flight was cancelled and my luggage was lost. Huge wait at every line. The lost luggage desk staff had attitude and weren’t willing to help me until I figured out the problem for them. Useless. It’s hard to believe these are paid professionals.

Im sure its a great place to work. But its a factory so they hire a bunch of people and when its slow.. A BUNCH of people get laid off.

Great customer service

Looks like I'm not the only one to notice the female employee at Hertz Car Rental in Thunder Bay Airport to be rude and unprofessional. I knew something is different about her. Not a "hello" or "please" and "thank you" when I picked up a car last spring. I instructed our employees who travel to Thunder Bay for IT support to never rent a vehicle from Hertz. The guys at Avis and Enterprise are the pros.

Old hangar with wood spars and Dim Lighting. Not really a place for public so why rate it?

Small airport, super efficient and everyone was friendly. The cards to carry you luggage are free (the states it's $5us). Food and gates up stairs luggage and check in on the first floor. Everything was super easy to find ,signage was proper and everything worked. Not crowded and crazy like most big airports. I like ten airport and the area. The fishing was great and in August the weather was phenomenal.

Great service. They always contribute to the city.
