So glad AmeriCharter was recommended to me for private jet charter! Too many times I've been held up in commercial terminals for hours on end, and one too many missed business meetings to think about. With my hectic schedule and lots of traveling, the AmeriCharter team is there for me at a moments notice. Not only is their customer service outstanding, but they also provide ground transportation including limos and buses for large groups - both of which I've used. I highly recommend using them! Did I mention they give better pricing than calling directly to other competitors? Well they do!

We fly through this excellent FBO twice a year! We fly from Ottawa to Vancouver and stop in Kamloops! Great friendly service AND cheap fuel! You can't go wrong!!!

Disappointing. No water after security as water fountain was out of order. Vending machine took my money but didn’t work either. Water should be a basic amenity at an airport.

The lowest full service fuel prices in the Province! Amazing FBO service, open 5am to 9pm and on call 24/7.

I work a camp job and fly with them every 1-2 weeks from Edmonton to northeastern bc. They lack the organizational skills to set up a single flight let alone hundreds. They had to kick people off the plane because there were no more seats...something that should have been rectified long before there were people standing in the aisles with no seats. It also seems that there's at least one plane that is always broken down causing other airline companies to have to pick up the slack. And when we have delays there is no communications as to why. We all just sit for hours with no instruction. Unfortunately, I wouldn't fly with them if I had the choice.

Arrived at airport to purchase ticket, air Canada representative was rude about my trying to buy a ticket during "flight time". Didn't get Ann email guppy sent, didn't add my aeroplan number. Come time to board and I get bumped to a much worse seat. If at all possible I will avoid air Canada in FSJ.
