Love the staff and management. They truly care and know all of childrens' names.

Dedicated teachers, small classes, middle school sports, along with a wonderful Christian world view. Colonial Academy a gem of a school.

Great Teachers that loves and cares for the children and understand each family that walks through their doors.

We have been at Stafford Campus of Fredericksburg Christian for 2 years. We couldn't be happier. My son has 20 in his class with an assistant. This school provides a Christ centered rigorous academic curriculum. The building is equipped with some of the best safety features I have ever seen. Behavior expectations are uniform throughout the building. The over all atmosphere is welcoming. I have never been in the building that I didn't feel blessed! As a matter of fact, my husband retired from the Army. We had an opportunity to relocate. We decided that this school was worth staying here for. Check it out!

RUN! Don't drink the Kool Aid! Sadly I did, and now our little man is suffering and will have life long impact. In a span of 4 months 2 teachers assaulted my grandson. They actually took his shirt off and made him sit in class like that for 10 minutes because he had the nerve to put on the hood of his MCS sweatshirt. Ok he should have listened, but the teacher had many options other than removing his clothing! They ultimately apologized, in writing, assuring me it was taken very seriously, the teacher appropriately addressed, & it would never ever happen again. We left him in the school since it was close to year end & we didn't want to uproot him. Then just 3 months later yet another teacher that assaulted him by grabbing him by the waste of his pants, pulling out his underwear, and dragged him across the floor. When my sweet little man told me this the second I picked him up at the at the end of the day, I turned and walked him back into the school to talk to the principal. Her response? Well it was a dangerous situation because they were doing a Code Red drill,& he was a bit too close to the door. A DRILL!!! In actuality he was crawling toward his friend who was the one that was next to the door he was on the other side of the friend. He was doing nothing wrong. He was humiliated and bullied by the teacher. All the children laughed at him he will never forget that experience. It makes me mad. They claim they would never tolerate bullying, yet they had 2 teachers that did exactly that to this little boy. When told a child laughed the 1st situation, they said oh no we would never tolerate that. The child was laughing at something a person in authority was doing to another student. But yes, punish the child! Sending my precious, sweet grandson to private school was supposed to be a benefit. Instead, thousands of dollars were spent to watch a child walk into kindergarten testing off the charts, to the 14th% after first grade. I repeatedly shared my concerns. They said oh what a lovely child he is& not to compare children etc. Now he needs to be tutored to catch up. After this last incident he begged me not to make him go back to school. I let him stay home the last 2 days of school, took him to graduation, and allowed him to participate in fun day. He would only go to fun day because I would be there with him. I had an emergency come up & told him I would be late but would be there. He started crying wanting to go but not without someone to "watch him." I tried to reassure him saying there will be other parents there & it will be fine. He could not be consoled. I asked a friend to watch him. That made him more comfortable. But he would not leave her side until I got there. Then he watched me constantly to make sure I was watching him. That child will never forget what happened to him there.They've done this to a 7 yro. If you love your child, do NOT take them to this school or to their camp which is nothing more than a glorified babysitter. I have witnessed the woman that does their books and sits at the front desk be cruel to a child who's loose tooth had been bumped and was crying. Pervasive throughout the school. Don't go there that's all I can say. They call themselves a Christian school, unbelievable. Interesting that they don't allow posts on their Facebook. I noticed only one review on Google Local and that was from my son. There used to be a lot more on Yelp. Not sure where those went! I pray enough people see mine to make a difference at least in their children's lives.

Love the school, the staff, the teachers. I love how much my daughter has learned. The program is awesome and wholesome. I appreciate that she is learning a ton about the Bible along with her education!

Do not apply here, they waste your time. i had an interview, they hired me on the spot they gave me papers to fill out to go get my finger prints done, and to do my 10 hr training, and to get my TB test done. I let the manager know in my interview that i had a misdemeanor for nothing serious, or anything to do with children . she told me that wouldn't be a problem so i continued to do all the stuff she told me. i payed 25$ for the TB test, 10$ for my high school diploma copy and 5$ dollars for my finger prints. i kept calling to get updates on the status, so i could work and they said they was going call me back but never did. If i didn't continue calling they would have not let know that i was denied. so iv'e been wasting my time waiting for a call back when i could have been applying for jobs. Really think the whole process was very unprofessional and misleading.

My son has attended ML for more than two years and he loves it. He runs and hugs his teachers and they return the favor. The other kids seem friendly as well with the occasional kid stuff. My one complaint is that they take off EVERY federal holiday which I'm sure makes it hard for non Gov employees and doesn't give the Gov emplyees a chance to actually have a day off to do something together. Besides that I would recommend them to my best friend.

I go here. This school is great.

Well organized and staff is educated, caring, and truly wants to be there.
