Private Schools

First Steps has been amazing to our kids education! Amazing staff who adapt to your child's learning needs. One of our kids has a speech delay and diagnosed with autism, they have been nothing short of supportive them. Red Deer is lucky to have his private school that offers Preschool, Pre-k, Kindergarten, and Grades 1-3, plus tutoring. We highly recommend First Steps!

amen to this school so glad i am going back

Having moved from Calgary and what I considered, the worst school ever and that is saying a lot as I used to teach high school. We arrived Red Deer having sorted the school through the Catholic School Bosrd. The Principal asked to meet with us (parents/student) which I think is a very wonderful idea. He got to know our daughter on a one to one basis, her interests etc. She had an assessment with another teacher for French to determine if she would be placed in immersion. She quickly settled into school life and made wonderful friends. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I love this place with all my heart

Charming school in a country setting. Great teachers, and parent involvement is high.

i went to grandveiw for six and a half years it was my favorite school i had to move schools a month ago but the staff are superb and they always include evrey kid my name is kaiden go to grandview if you have the chance

I sent my children here over the years. It was super, they learned to respect themselves, others and the environment. It inspired them to continue on a path of higher learning. I feel like the school had a direct influence on them being kind successful adults.

Great Principal, Secretary, Teachers, Support Staff, Students and Families. Nice sized class rooms and great teaching. As my daughter says: "Best school ever!" If you're able to drop off and pick up your kids (or coordinate with the other parents) is a great place! And they offer an integrative homeschooling option!

For obvious reasons

it's a good time

I love this school

Excellent educational centre. Really great staff, who really care about their pupils, even after graduation.

All my kids loved it here! Very friendly

4/5 would smash again
