Real Estate Agent

5 Star service. Recommended several friends

Mason Walker is professional and easy going. We had tried other realtors before finding him and we were very happy with his service! As first time home buyers I like that Mason was not shy about pointing out the flaws in a home to bring our heads out of the clouds and back down to reality. He was more interested in getting us a great match than just selling us a home. I would highly recommend Mason to anyone looking to buy/sell a house.

It was a pleasure to work with Sam. He worked hard over the course of a few months to help us find our home. A lot of the process was long distance and Sam was there to step in on our behalf when we were not able to be there. He was honest and direct, and went well beyond what we expected. We would definitely recommend him to friends!

Staff most accommodating and diligent and do a fabulous job.

Lucie Himmelova was great to work with when selling our house. We had originally thought we would sell our house on our own but after one visit with Lucie we quickly realised the value of a professional realtor. Lucie was amazing to work with , really listened to our wants and needs, negotiated a more than fair price and was even able to keep our tennants, passing them along to the new homeowner. It meant a lot to us all. After our house sale closed Lucie presented us with such a thoughtful gift. We are actually shocked at how easy it was for us to sell our house, because Lucie did all the hard work! If you are looking for a great realtor we would highly recommend Lucie Himmeloca at Engel & Volkers Courtenay.

Mike is a professional through and through. Mike is also down to earth and very approachable. Highly recommend Mike.

Ronni's help was invaluable in finding us our new home in Courtenay. She knows the town and the market inside out, and was able to pinpoint the right houses for us to look at. Once we'd made our choice, she guided us through the house-buying process faultlessly, and was able to deal with the hiccups that arose with calm assurance. Now we're happily settled in the new place, she's still helping us with sound advice on how best to tweak the place to suit us, and information about local contractors and suppliers. We'd recommend Ronni in a heartbeat.
