Real Estate Agent

Do you remember when real estate agents used to work for you? When they used to perform all the necessary research on the property and hand it over to you? How about being available on your schedule? And most importantly do you remember when real estate agents used to listen to their clients? We contacted the salt team and was put in touch with a realtor named Glenn Beach. An amazing realtor who's very knowledgeable in the Okanagan and gave us every bit of information we could think of, even some we didn't think of, on every property we visited. New real estate agents should look up to people like Glenn. Glenn knows the process in and out, sends you reminders at what needs to be done and completed once an offer has been accepted, has many people he can refer you for mortgage brokers, inspectors comma and contractors. We were looking for an acreage anywhere in the Okanagan from the Shuswap down to South Okanagan. He put us in touch with referrals outside of his area for the South Okanagan without hesitation. Glenn is my new realtor and I'm keeping him.

Thanks to Doug for his patience and help!
