Real Estate Agent

Fabulous team! Megan and Trina are true locals who really love their community. They work hard for their clients and go the extra mile to ensure their clients are 100% happy, keeping the best interests of their clients at the heart of their work.

When we lost our home to a fire Ramie helped us find a rental home, sell our vacant lot and find a new home to buy. Over the course of 8 months Ramie helped us in many ways and went way over and above what is expected of a realtor. She always went out of her way to help us in any way she could. Ramie always acts and looks professional and was a pleasure to deal with.

I know, EVERYONE says you need to use my realtor. Well these are the reasons why you should use Darcy. He listens your wants, needs and expectations. When we called him and had him set up listings, he exceeded my and my wife’s expectations. He provided sound knowledge of all that Fort Saskatchewan has to offer. I moved from BC and have Never been to Fort Saskatchewan before. We narrowed it down to two house. As I was writing an offer for one of the houses.a former client of Darcys called and said they wanted to list their house on Monday, a few days away. Darcy said you have to see this house, well an hour later his former clients let us take a look and an hour later we had a house. Darcy was in constant contact with us and when I would text him, even late into the evening, he responded immediately. He just an outstanding person with high ethics. Do not hesitate to get Darcy to look after your listing or to use him to purchase your home. You will not be disappointed. Well Done Darcy!! Thanks Brad

Desperately trying to find a place to live before its too late and every time i contact this office i just get the run around and treated very rudely. I actually had one person sigh on the phone because they had to talk to me. So far everyone in Bella reality has not cared about my time whatsoever and my time is extremely important, to many people. I expect bad service from a fast food restaurant sometimes but i don't know how you can run a business like this. Very unprofessional and I am now not very confident about renting with this company anymore.

Some of the best Realtors work here. Ramey and David are one of the best and honest agents in the city. Choose them with confidence

Great group of agents working here, all kinds of experience in all areas of real estate.

I have been in the business for over 40 years. I have learned over the years that it isn't the company name a Realtor is under that sells homes. It is the Realtor's experience, knowledge and willingness to provide good service. Joined Homes & Gardens Real Estate Ltd. in 2012. Had some concerns before joining, none of which materialized. No regrets. Great place to work. Michael Brodrick is a Great broker.
