Real Estate Agent

Purchasing in an insanely difficult housing market for buyers and still rising! We contacted David Piper based on our conversation with a good friend. Working with David exceeded any of our expectations. As first-time homebuyers and newer to Canada, we were not familiar with the terminology or the best process people to involve. Right away David was incredibly friendly and took time to discuss and determine what would be a good fit for us. David was willing to meet us late in the evening to view condo’s and what would eventually become our own condo. He put together the offer within a couple days of our first meeting. He was very helpful in explaining the entire process and really relieved our stress level even though we were on a very tight timeframe. I truly believe his expertise helped tremendously in our offer getting accepted. We highly recommend David!

New Open Platform Business concept not yet seen by consumers in Maple Ridge Pitt Meadows. Awesome.

Very professional, offering expert market advise, effective marketing and extremely hard working. I've bought and sold 3 properties with Artur and highly recommend his service.

Thank you Themy for your professional service on selling our house. Very pleasant to work with, and worked hard to get the most out of our house.

Artur really cares about his clients and drops everything to get the job done. I am so impressed with his professionalism and would not hesitate to recommend him. Thank you Artur for your knowledge and expertise, and for selling our condo faster then we ever expected!

Our agent was Tommy Thiesen from Remax Results Realty. Tommy is a great realtor who is trustworthy, honest, impartial and professional. Clients need to make sure realtors have these qualities to trust them, and Tommy has them all. He gave us his view of every place we visited and mentioned the pros and cons. He listened to our expectations and tried to propose the places that were within our expectations. He is professional and courteous towards his clients and his colleagues. I would, for sure, contact him if I need to consult about real estate.

Always a pleasure working with Mark and Kris. They are always so professional and considerate gentlemen. I thoroughly enjoy showcasing their properties for them and their clients. Colleen Burke Photography.

Ken and Jane were a pleasure to work with. My husband and I found them to be very personable and committed to getting us into the perfect home. They were always timely with their responses and made sure we had all the information we needed. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for realtors that genuinely care about their clients satisfaction.
