Real Estate Agent

Dean was our realtor when we listed our principal residence, in Prince George, 6 years ago. He had it sold within one week! We had no hesitation in using his services, this past fall, when we wanted to sell our cabin. He is knowledgeable, professional and keeps you up-to-date with the goings on of your property. Your questions and messages are responded to promptly. We highly recommend Dean as your realtor. While it did take longer than a week, our cabin sold, and at a fair price. Thanks, Dean!

Denise dykes rocks! Every worry I had was taken away by the way that denise facilitated for the purchase of my new home. She is straight forward and to the point, a breath of fresh air. Colin has sold 2 houses for my wife and I now. We have also purchased 2 houses with Colin. Colin works night and day to make it work for you. Our last house Colin sold even before we put it on the market for above market value. Then the work began. Colin had to find us a house with a long list of "wants" and we where soon to be homeless! He must have had some sleepless nights trying to find us just the right house and property but in the end it all came together and he found us the home of our dreams. If you are looking for a full service realtor Colin is the man for the job. He has a vast knowledge of real estate and worked tirelessly on our behalf.
