Trevor Vinet is extremely helpful and knowledgable about ALL types of properties in the Camrose area. Trevor is quite detail-oriented, and he'll do whatever he can to make sure your home buying experience will be the best possible. I would strongly recommend Trevor Vinet for sellers and buyers.

In the Harry Potter books a character once said "If you want to know what a man's like, take a good look at how he treats his inferiors, not his equal." As someone that Gerry Davis considers an inferior, I can tell you that my experience with him is that he is smug, condescending and rude.
I would like to note here that I have not done business with him, simply encountered him in a professional setting and left me with the belief that I will never do business with Coldwell Banker personally or professionally in the future.

Did work with my Septic hauling business. This branch sold an acreage and forgot to put Septic tank clean into the contract, so it never got done. The new owners asked for her to pay for the clean and hauling, and they contacted us. I got to the location and knew instantly it was a nightmare and phoned the branch. I let them know it would be about $1500 as it hadn't been cleaned in at least 30 years and was told to go ahead anyways. Took me 4 trips and even plugged my 6" dump valve. Fast forward a year and still have not been paid.
Lots of excuses, little action. Beware.

My girlfriend and I worked with Ryan Kendall with the purchase of our first house. Ryan treated us with the upmost respect and always made us feel like we were his main priority.
I had expected purchasing a home for the first time would be an incredibly stressful process, but with Ryan as our realestate agent it was a breeze. Being first time buyers we had hundreds of questions and Ryan answered them all. He is incredibly professional and friendly.
I cannot recommend Ryan Kendall with Royal LePage enough. If anyone is ever looking for a new home I would highly recommend that he's is the first and only person to call. We love our new home!
