Historica
89 Princess St #100, Saint John, New Brunswick, E2L 1K5, Canada
The staff is friendly to your face at least. I've lived in a apartment they took over but a few months into new management of Historica they evicted everyone in winter but gave a 400$ bonus on the damage deposit. Once I left though they lost the fridge to the apartment during renovations and the renovation workers began to trash talk me. At the end of living at our building, it had mice and fleas not to mention dirt everywhere. Do yourself a favor and move if Historica buys your building. With historica I was never a person, I am a profit.

Salzberg Real Estate Agency
150 Great Rd, North Smithfield, Rhode Island, 02896, United States
I've done business with Salzberg in purchasing a house they had listed, then professionally as a Real Estate Salesperson after I got my license. I'm no longer a Salesperson nor do I work in Real Estate. Agents shouldn't be rated based on the size of the company they work for, but the knowledge they have and the ability to keep a deal together. They did that.
