While I haven't sold or bought a house through royal lepage, I did witness Jane wile treat a tenant, of the house she is selling, as if the tenants were not even people. When asked questions about what she was dropping off she was condescending orblatantly ignored questions entirely. There is no reason for anyone to treat someone that way and for this reason I will never go through royal lepage.

I cannot say enough good things about Aaron. She was the most patience and kind real estate agent we could ask for. She was dependable and knew the area well! I would recommend her services to anyone looking to buy or sell a house!

Relocating cross country has a unique set of challenges, but by working with Kirk the transition went smoothly. The first property I pursued didn't work out and was discouraging due to the mortgage broker. Kirk suggested a route with another broker and we ended up being able to find a more suitable property at a higher price point. Throughout the process Kirk was on top of communication and got back with a response to any questions quickly. Kirk was able to assess our criteria and make relevant suggestions so there was little downtime. Kirk made a stressful situation easy and still to this day is apt to give any needed advice. I would recommend Kirk to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate and will continue to use him in the future!
