Real Estate Agent

Searching for your first home to buy when you are still relatively new to Canada can be a scary prospect, as there are so many things you do not know. On top of that, having to find a home, buy it and move in within a month seems an impossibility. Luckily for us, one of our friends recommended Rebecca, and she was amazing. She explained all the steps in detail during our first meeting, and within the next few days we had looked through several houses. She took the time to understand our needs, and was even quicker to grasp what we actually wanted. She showed us several houses and we were able to put an offer in within a few days. While that deal didn't work out, we were able to find another house very quickly, that worked even better for us. She helped us throughout the whole process, and accommodated our viewing requests to suit our schedule - even though the hours were sometimes a bit unreasonable. We found her to be friendly, honest, and above all someone you can absolutely trust. We love our new house and the neighbourhood, and this is thanks in no small part to Rebecca.

I found Angie to be very professional and knowledgeable, very easy to work with and took a lot of time for us to find the perfect home.

We met Jerry in the summer after viewing houses with two other realtors. We were impressed with his patience and his attention to detail. He was willing to tell us the pros and highlight the cons. He noted our likes and dislikes and the search continued. After each disappointment he was always encouraging and would reinforce that "there is no such thing as a bad viewing" We also felt that we would have to make a sacrifice in order to get what we really want. By Christmas we had bought a house. We had found a property that was more than we hoped for. Not only did it have everything we needed but everything on our wish list. Jerry found us the perfect property and helped through every step of the paperwork. We highly recommend him.

I was looking to move back to Halifax from Vancouver and had to rely on Stages Real Estate, in particular Anthony Mac Neil, in finding a home in a community that was suitable for my family. Not being familiar with the area I had to rely on his knowledge and expertise. Not only did he find us the ideal home, in an perfect community but also ensured all the paper work was in order and the transition from East to West was easy and enjoyable. I would recommend and trust Stages Real Estate to anyone looking to relocate to Halifax.
