Real Estate Agent

Clean and simple accommodation.... A good place to go exploring from

We cannot recommend Lorie Farley highly enough! We are from BC, looking for property to retire on in Nova Scotia, and had Lorie as our buyer’s agent. We had never set foot in Nova Scotia before this. We had sent Lorie a list of houses that we had researched on the web, along with a list of our wants and needs. Ahead of our visit she called and got to know us a bit. Upon arrival she had set up viewings of several of the houses on our list. As we travelled about to each location, she told us of local history, the highlights of each area, etc. She is very knowledgeable. However, we were not finding what we thought we wanted. But Lorie took us to view a house that was not on our list, one that she felt would fit for us. And it was perfect! It met 36 out of the 40 items on our wants/needs list, it is in a beautiful area, it is a size of house and property that will work for us. And it fit in our budget! And we fell in love with it. Lorie has a strong intuitive sense of her clients and their tastes and needs, proven by how well we and this house fit. She is friendly and warm, and a hoot to traipse about the counties with. There were a couple of hiccups that she ironed out and solved successfully to our benefit, along the way insisting that we place any stress on her, and not worry ourselves. She arranged for a home inspector, lawyers, and water tests – and all within our very tight time frame of 5 days. She worked really hard, and was indefatigable in her efforts to make us happy. Lorie is an absolute gem! Barry & Linda Hegland

Colin is a top notch realtor. He is everything you would ever want in a realtor and more. He responds very quickly to questions and the resources on his website were very helpful. He made our home purchase from Ontario to Bridgetown a pleasant experience. Very highly recommend!

Love, Love, Love Lisa. She is a very friendly, knowledgeable, polite sales person. Lisa has the patience to walk you thru every step of the process of buying a house. Lisa showed a genuine interest in what and where we wanted our home. The best realtor !!! Highly recommended.

There aren’t enough on the review to give Phil. Over the last year and a half my fiancé and I have dealt with several realtors but we didn’t seem to click with them, so we didn’t really stick with one specific person. Then Trevor made contact with Phil to show us a property, little did we know at the time it was the best move we had ever made. Phil was very approachable, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to at our first meeting. Over the course of our search we realized just how dedicated Phil was to us and helping us secure the home that was right for our family. We communicated mostly in text (and trust me there was a lot coming from my end) he was always quick to reply, or to at least let me know he would get back to me ASAP. There were a lot of late night talks, early morning calls, and back and forth with the seller over the past six weeks but he was with us 100% of the way. I really truly felt that Phil was as invested in getting the property as we were. He made this process easy for us as first time home buyers and roped us every step of the way. In all honesty i truly feel we would not have been able to find our home without Phil, he went above and beyond for us as I’m sure he will for any of his clients. So Phil, for the millionth time, thank you for everything and to future home buyers do yourselves a favour and reach out to Phil.
