Real Estate Agent

My wife and I used Nathan to buy our first home together and could not have been happier. Not once did we feel pressured or that Nathan didn't have our best interest in mind 100% of the time. He went above and beyond when it came to listening to what WE wanted in a home and we were amazed at the effort he put in to accommodate everything we were looking for. It was obvious from the start he genuinely cared about making sure we were ending up in the right home for us, and we really did appreciate his sincerity and attentiveness. Nathan made buying our first home a great experience and I cannot recommended him enough to anyone looking for a realtor.

After 4 unsuccessful listings for our townhouse, our hopes were quite low but Jesse make it happen! We went c/s within a week from listing it and then to a firm sale after condition date. Great job Jesse, we're so happy for this quick sale and will for sure recommend you to anyone looking to buy/sell.

Wonderful and personalized experience selling our house with Steven Lubiarz makes us want to recommend him to anyone looking for a great realtor! In addition to being the nicest person, Steven is also attentive to every detail, extremely tech savvy and quick in responding, which made our sale super smooth and easy. If you are searching for a stress-free, pleasant and successful realty experience, look no further!

Geoff is amazing. He is patient, knowledgeable, and kind hearted. He is always smiling and very positive. I highly recommend Geoff for all of your house hunting and buying needs. Thank you for such a great experience in such a (potentially) stressful time!

Adam helped us for purchase of our first home. Adam was very patient and didn’t rushed us to purchase the home, he made sure that we were happy and satisfied before placing offer to purchase. He is very honest and truly works for your best interest. Along with me two of my friends got the house with his help and they are very happy as well. He has all the attributes which you are looking for as an ideal realator. I would definitely vouch for him for any of your real estate purchase.

Honest, hardworking and a pleasure to deal with. Will make the home buying experience fun and stress free!

Best company I have worked for this far in my career. Really puts clients first and makes sure that all realtors have the resources to provide the best service.

I have bought and sold a few properties with Kevin and Leanne over the years. I'm not the easiest person to please or get along with.. mostly because I'm very picky and opinionated. Kevin and Leanne have always been able to keep me focused on the big picture, educate me on the process of buying/selling, the best options available, to get what I want, giving me perspective when things weren't going the way I wanted, talking with me and making adjustments If something wasn't working good enough and they never gave up on me and my goals.. they stayed with me till things finally worked out. I always appreciated their patience... working with me. They listened to what I wanted to do and then took steps, above and beyond .. from marketing with professional materials, right to arranging showings, to signing on the dotted line.. These guys are not just out to make a quick buck off your sale/purchase. They care. When you find someone you can trust, and get results-, its a beautiful thing!
