Working with Carlos is easy. If you're looking for straight forward advice without the "salesly" feel he is the right choice. He also provided me with mortgage broker contact info. The rates were competitive and I KNOW that I saved money in the long run by listening to his advice.

If I can give him no stars I would. He brought a client into my home today, my brand new couches were so dirty from whatever his client was eating while sitting on them. Food crumbs all over my carpet too. Very disappointed. You're in someone's home - you should respect their space. You didn't lock the door between our upstairs space and the tennant. I don't think you would have paid up for any stolen items. It is your responsibility to lock up and ensure everything is how you found it when you walked in. You are not welcome in my home again.

Mike helped us find our first house. He was always available and worked hard to make sure we were able to organize everything we needed to purchase the house over the holidays and in a very short time frame! He is very experienced and a pleasure to work with.

Terrible service! After we moved out, CMS doesn't allow me to take the security alarm control panel and key pad so I have to spend $300+ to buy a new set. We rented that bay for more than 7 years but CMS still treated me like that way. So disappointed!!! Also, CMS never let you know the increase of operating cost on time. I always received a bill of $2000+ around 1 year later shows balance I own for operating cost, but no one told me it was increased and increased that much. It happened every year.

We recently relocated to Calgary and our move would not have been possible without the help of Kevin and his team. Kevin's commitment to his clients goes above and beyond and we were actually able to purchase our house from a province away. We put our complete trust in Kevin and he did not disappoint. I will like to share the disappointing experience I had with Maxwell South Star Realty, particularly the move out inspection experience with Stepanenko Jelena (Elena), who I found to be extremely unprofessional, rude and condescending. During the move out inspection, she NEVER presented the move out inspection report to us, and just few moments after we left the apartment (about 5 minutes), we realized we were not given a copy of the move out inspection report. We were still downstairs and called her right away since we did not have access to the apartment any more. Her car was still parked at the parking lot. So we called, her phone rang out, we left her a voice message and also sent her a text message stating that it appeared she forgot to give us a copy of the move out inspection report, and that we were back for it and her response via text was "Will talk later". Unknown to us, she had tampered with the report, she exaggerated the facts, and included several items that were never discussed during the move out inspection which lasted for about 40 minutes. Several days after, I followed up on the receipt of the security deposit. Every effort to get a concrete feedback concerning our copy of the move out inspection report and when the security deposit would be refunded was abortive. Days after, she sent me a One-liner that the document was ready. I picked up the document at the Maxwell office and read the move out report for the first time. This was when I found that Elena had exaggerated the facts and to make matters worse, she stated that We the tenants REFUSED to sign the inspection report! The report that was NEVER presented to us in the first place. I was shocked and in disbelief that a supposed reputable organization like Maxwell which has Honesty and Transparency as part of its company values could be represented by an individual that just displayed a lack of integrity. I brought this up with her and the overall experience were very disappointing and bitter. Its sad that this representative who acts as the mediator between the Landlord and the Tenant failed to understand that the Tenant is also a Customer. The Tenant's rent makes a large portion of the agency's commission. Elena, I am sure the rents we paid were not "Disgusting"-to borrow your choice of words. I will not recommend this Realtor to anyone I know.
