Real Estate Agent

Angela is the best Real Estate Agent we have ever had. She was attentive to all of our needs and made sure to go the extra mile to get the job done in a timely fashion! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED If I could give 10 stars I totally would.

We had the pleasure for working with Danny Greene. From start to finish he was very responsive, and professional. Having not known much about Calgary or the market here, he helped us feel very confident with our overall choice because of his knowledge in the area. We won’t hesitate to call Danny for our future real estate needs.

We are all settled into our new home. I am sending this note to express our happiness with your company. Of the 8 new custom homes we’ve had built for us over the past 20 years, we have never encountered a firm that goes to the lengths you folks do. Although this new home build was my wife’s idea, I’m very happy she talked me into it. One always puts more into things that got missed last time, incorporating them this time. Both the inside and outside spaces you created for us, are examples of absolute perfection. You guys nailed it all down beyond anything we could have ever imagined. Our sincerest thanks to all of your design team, and your construction teams. They are all imaginative, artistic, skilled, courteous, considerate, and true craftspeople. We will most definitely be recommending you to everybody we know. Thank you again, to everybody at Universal Design and Construction. Continued success! Cheers, Dr. Robert and Marj O’Connor Edmonton, Alberta July 25, 2018

Superb knowledge of my community, friendly and resourceful. I would highly recommend the cowley team to my family and friends.

This is the second time we have used Mark to purchase a home in Calgary and he is the only person we will use in the future. Mark is extremely professional, flexible and an all around genuine person. Mark worked very hard for us, showing us many properties until we found our dream home. When it came down to purchasing, we ended up in a bit of a bidding war. If it weren't for Mark's negotiation skills and quick turnaround with the offers, we would have lost it. We are so happy in our home and have Mark to thank!

What can I say. ..A soooooo professional and diligent top realtor in Calgary
