Votre complice immobilier

Mes clients me le disent souvent; Centris fait la force des courtiers immobiliers au Québec, tant pour la location, l'achat ou la vente d'une propriété!

This agency is horrific. If I could give zero stars I would. This entire office is a scam from the top down. We tried to view an apartment which Lawrence Wong had the listing. He did not have time or care to show it, so we had to get another broker involved. When we tried to move forward, Lawrence demanded we pay a fee and a half because he did not want to split it with someone for doing his job. We spoke with the owner John Boey, who could have cared less that his employees were trying to snake a deal. Neither of them would call us back or let us speak with the landlord, as they were trying to get a few extra bucks. Needless to say we found a new apartment so we did not have to deal with them.
