Very unprofessional duo, as per some of the previous reviews state, I would suggest avoiding at all costs. Any competitor is a better option!!!

My husband and I worked with Catherine to find our home and are SO glad we did! We have no doubt that without Catherine’s guidance, responsiveness, client-focused approach, and overall real estate skills & knowledge that we would have been searching for MUCH longer than the two weeks (if that!) it took to find our home in today's sellers’ market. We are so thankful to Catherine and Team Broady for finding our house & bringing everything across the finish line! Thank you!

Son purchased a house threw Patrick Wells. Mr. Wells came to the signing unprepared . No keys to the premise. He stated key was left on OUTSIDE light. Who does that! Would not respond to our agent calls or email. Son was not even able to go in for a second viewing. Mr. Wells never seemed to have keys and really didn't care for clients. When we finally reached him, he told us to stop with the name calling. When all we said was he was very professional. Will not recommend Patrick Wells to any one. You want service go to Royal Lepsge.
